Why does shipping take 2 - 3 weeks?

We work with manufacturers in US, Europe, Asia and all over the world. This allows us offer a diverse range of high quality products at great prices. As we ship from multiple warehouses located internationally shipping times are generally 2 - 3 weeks.

When will I receive my order tracking number?

We will email you a tracking number, usually one day after your order has been placed.

Please use the tracking page to find out how far away your item is.

Why did I receive separate packages/ tracking numbers?

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for various reasons. Certain items may be on back order, weight restrictions imposed by the post office or items being shipped from different warehouse locations. 

What is your refund policy? 

We are committed to our customers and stand by our products, we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you return the product to us undamaged within 30 days, we can refund you.

* Note: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send the unwanted product back at your own expense.
